I qualified in May 2025 with a Diploma in Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy, accredited by The Federation of Holistic Therapies. Trained at The Central School of Massage, I can provide you with:

• Level 3 Sports Massage, effective and relaxing deep tissue treatment for injuries and those seeking to improve their range of movement
• Level 3 Holistic Massage, a soothing and restorative treatment suitable for easing physical and mental tension 

My massage therapy methods are founded in modern physiological science, the ancient wisdom of Thai Massage and the calming methods of Swedish Massage.
